LawnLens is an AI-powered lawn diagnosis tool. You upload a photo of your lawn problem, and we use artificial intelligence to identify potential issues and suggest treatments. Our service is designed primarily for Florida homeowners but works for lawns everywhere.

Our AI provides general guidance based on image analysis, but it's not perfect. For serious lawn issues, infestations, or when treatments aren't working, please consult a licensed lawn care professional or your local agricultural extension office.
Your Responsibilities
When using LawnLens, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information when using our services.
- Only upload photos you have the right to share.
- Use the service for its intended purpose (lawn diagnosis).
- Follow product label instructions when using recommended treatments.
- Not rely solely on LawnLens for critical lawn care decisions.
Acceptable Use
Please don't use LawnLens to:
- Upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content.
- Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt our service.
- Use automated bots or scripts to access the service excessively.
- Resell or commercially exploit our diagnosis results without permission.
- Impersonate others or provide false information.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these terms.
Affiliate Links & Product Recommendations
LawnLens may recommend lawn care products. Some of these links are affiliate links (including Amazon Associates links), meaning we earn a small commission if you purchase through them. This doesn't affect the price you pay. We only recommend products we believe are helpful for your lawn issue.
Limitation of Liability
LawnLens is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to provide accurate diagnoses, but we can't guarantee results. Specifically:
- We're not liable for lawn damage resulting from following our recommendations.
- We're not liable for misdiagnosis—AI isn't perfect.
- We're not liable for product performance or side effects.
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us (if any).
Intellectual Property
LawnLens, including our logo, website design, and content, is our intellectual property. You may use our diagnosis results for personal purposes. You retain ownership of any photos you upload but grant us a license to process them for diagnosis purposes.
Free vs. Paid Services
We offer limited free diagnoses. Paid plans provide additional features and higher usage limits. We reserve the right to modify pricing and features at any time. Active subscribers will be notified of significant changes.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms occasionally. When we do, we'll update the "last updated" date at the top. For significant changes, we'll provide notice via email or on the website. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
Termination
You can stop using LawnLens anytime. We can suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or use the service inappropriately. If we terminate your paid account without cause, we'll provide a prorated refund.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Florida.
